Boxes, binders and books
A batch is a list of units. Identical units with the same papers are one line: twelve boxes of invoices from 2019 to 2021 are one line of 12.
Archive boxA standard cardboard archive box. Measure the paper inside, not the box.
AZ binderA lever-arch binder. Measure the stack of sheets on the rings.
Bound bookMinutes books, ledgers and other sewn or glued books, captured open without unbinding.
PlansPlans and drawings larger than oficio. Count the sheets.
PhotographsPrinted photographs, captured one by one. Count them.

Measuring
A ruler instead of counting
Counting thousands of sheets takes hours. A ruler against the stack is quick: about 100 sheets of ordinary 75 g paper make one centimetre. You can type an exact count instead.
Heavier paper and card give fewer sheets per centimetre; count those, or tell ZYBERIQ in the notes.
