Plan a batch

Effective 2026-10-11

Privacy policy

Your batches stay on your phone. This policy covers the ZYBERIQ Scan Batch Planner app for Android; the note below covers this website.

This website

The website has no account, no cookies, no analytics and no external scripts or fonts. The planner keeps your batch in this browser (local storage) until you clear it. Email opens your own email app with the batch written in; ZYBERIQ receives nothing until you press send there.

Who we are

This notice is published by ZYBERIQ S.A.S. (NIT 902.000.832-3), Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia. Contact: dayana2000pi@gmail.com, +57 305 895 8457.

It covers the ZYBERIQ Scan Batch Planner app for Android and explains what happens to the information you enter in it.

02

What this notice covers

The notice covers the app on your phone: the unit types, conditions, formats, guides and public holidays it shows, the batches you keep, and the ways the app hands a batch to you to send.

A small stack of blank index cards

03

What the app shows

The unit types, document types, conditions, formats, guides, public holidays and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and reveal nothing about you.

A row of three closed archive boxes

04

The batches you keep

For each batch the app stores its code, its purpose, the kind of customer, its units, the files you want, the index fields, the personal-data marks, how and where the work is done, the date you need it, your notes and when you created, changed and sent it.

A steel ruler lying across a stack of paper

05

Boxes, binders and sheet counts

For each unit the app stores its type, the kind of document, the years, how many such units there are, the thickness or the sheet count, the sides, the paper size, the state of the paper and a short label you may type.

A paper clip and a staple remover

06

The state of the paper

The marks for staples, thermal receipts, humidity, torn pages, bound books and large sheets describe the paper, not its contents.

07

Files, names and folders

The app stores the file format, colour, resolution, blank-page choice, file-name pattern, folder layout and how you want the files delivered.

A blank form on a clipboard

08

The index fields you choose

The app stores which index fields you want typed for each kind of document, and how many sheets a document usually has. It never stores the data that will be typed from your papers.

A small padlock on a folder

09

Personal-data marks

The marks for personal, sensitive and children's data only say what kind of data the papers hold, so that the handling can be agreed. The app never sees the papers or their contents.

10

Your contact details

So that ZYBERIQ can reply, a batch can carry your name or organisation, a contact person, a phone number, an email address, the town and, if you want, an address. You type them yourself and only what you type is stored. The app does not ask for ID numbers, signatures or bank details.

11

Where your data is stored

Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.

Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup or to another phone.

A closed wooden drawer

12

No account, no cloud copy

The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

An empty white tray

13

What the app does not collect

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

An unplugged cable neatly coiled

14

No internet access

The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

The guide names its official sources; tapping one opens that public page in your phone's browser, which then goes online on its own.

A sealed envelope

15

Email, share, copy and call

Email opens your own email app with the batch written in and addressed to ZYBERIQ; nothing is sent until you press send there. Share opens the Android share sheet, Copy puts the batch on the clipboard, and Call opens your phone app with the number filled in; the call is made only if you start it.

Each time you email, share or copy a batch, the app stores the time and the channel, so it can show when the batch was sent and whether it changed since.

A batch you send reaches ZYBERIQ through the channel you used. ZYBERIQ uses it to reply with what it can do, the dates and the price. Ask ZYBERIQ directly how long it keeps messages.

16

Duplicates and labels

Duplicate makes a new batch on your phone from an earlier one, with a new code. The earlier batch stays as it was. Labels are worked out from the batch and can be copied or shared as text.

17

Your choices and rights under Colombian law

You can edit, duplicate or delete batches at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone. Deleting a batch does not cancel anything you already sent.

For the personal data in a batch you send, Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012, art. 8, and Decreto 1377 de 2013) lets you know, update and correct it, ask for proof of the authorisation you gave, be told how it has been used, ask to delete it and revoke your authorisation. Write to dayana2000pi@gmail.com. Queries are answered within 10 working days (extendable by 5) and claims within 15 working days (extendable by 8) (Ley 1581 de 2012, arts. 14 and 15). If your claim to ZYBERIQ S.A.S. is not resolved, you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (art. 16).

This app keeps your batches on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. Personal data received by a company may be kept only as long as is reasonable and necessary for the purpose it was collected for (Decreto 1377 de 2013, art. 11); ZYBERIQ states its period in its own data processing policy.

Changes and contact

If the app changes how it handles data, this notice is updated in a new version of the app and on the website, with a new effective date.
